Warranties

Compu Devices, Inc. is a reseller and distributor of products and does not manufacture them. The products we sell may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy, if applicable. Compu Devices, Inc. assigns and passes on any manufacturer's warranty to the customer. The customer acknowledges that their recourse for warranty claims lies solely with the manufacturer and according to the terms specified by the manufacturer.

Compu Devices, Inc. makes no representation or express warranty regarding the product except as stated in this document. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any implied warranty arising from statute, trade usage, course of dealing, or course of performance is also disclaimed.

We expressly state that Compu Devices, Inc. makes no warranty that:

(a) Our services will meet your specific requirements;

(b) Our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;

(c) Our services will provide accurate results and reliable data processing;

(d) Our services will meet your expectations;

(e) Any errors in the program or software will be corrected.

You understand and agree that any material downloaded or obtained through the use of Compu Devices, Inc.' services is done at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system, internet access, download or display device, or loss of data resulting from the download of such material. Accordingly, you hereby waive any and all claims and causes of action against Compu Devices, Inc. in relation to such damage.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Compu Devices, Inc. creates any warranty unless expressly stated in the Terms and Conditions of Use (TCUS).

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will Compu Devices, Inc. be liable for any indirect, direct, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the sale, installation, use, operation, service, or repair of any product. This includes breach of warranty or contract, strict liability, negligence, or any other legal theory, regardless of whether Compu Devices, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Compu Devices, Inc. expressly disclaims all legal liability for any personal injury or property loss arising from the use of products or services purchased from us. This includes but is not limited to, applications such as military, medical treatment, traffic control, disaster prevention, or related equipment.

Please note that this warranty information is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use (TCUS) specified by Compu Devices, Inc.
